We loved our stay at this Cape Cod Beach Home! Nancy is a wonderful owner, she made us feel very welcomed to her home, and her renter’s packet will prove she thought of absolutely everything that guests could need to know about the house and the area!

The home itself was extremely clean and had every amenity you could want such as fully stocked kitchen, dishwasher, commercial washer/dryer, two full baths, deck, wall mounted tv’s, and it’s decorated in a soothing white and blue “beachy” aesthetic. The central a/c worked great and cooled off the house quickly after a day out exploring or at the beach. The beds and linens are extremely soft and cozy.

One of my favorite things was it’s proximity to Main St in Hyannis and feeling that anywhere else you wanted to go was just a short drive away. We definitely want to come back to this Cape House for another wonderful vacation soon! Thanks Nancy   Heather Simonich

July 2023 -

We had such a wonderful time staying at your beautiful home! Captain really loved the shaded backyard in the morning, and the shaded front yard in the afternoons. We loved it too, especially in those comfy new chairs! Also loved the well-stocked kitchen. Thank you for putting together such a fabulous list of things to do/see/try. We tried lots of new things. And apparently my mother-in-law has eaten at Jack's a time or two. Who knew!? Holly Burns

We had a beautiful vacation in your Cape House! The weather was mild and we were close enough to everything so that we didn't spend our whole day driving!  Nancy, you thought of everything that a vacationer could want in this home and it was so clean and organized! Thank you again..!! Will tell all our friends and family about this gem. We'll be back soon I hope!

Fall 2022 

I always enjoy my stays at this beautiful home. It is both beautiful and spacious, the owner goes out of her way to make your stay comfortable. The house is lovingly decorated and well equipped, from the moment you step in you are in a Cape Cod oasis. The beach is close by and the owner supplies a beach pass that allows resident access as well as public beach, so you can even go to resident only beaches. The house has a large comfortable deck with plenty of seating and a large gas grill. The kitchen has everything you’ll need to make a great meal, plus a dishwasher for convenience. It is perfectly located for all there is to do on Cape Cod but situated in a quiet neighborhood. The owner supplies you with all the information you’ll need to make sure you have the best vacation. Arrived during Hurrican Henri and departed after a night of tornado warnings during Hurricane Ida! But, the time in between was wonderful and relaxing with lots of beach time and quality time with our young adult sons.  Thank you for sharing your house with us, and having our dog with us was extra special as she got time to spend with our California-based son who hasn't seen her in a while.
